The premises of Portfolio Management in Capital Link is based on three major tenants:
ASSET PORTFOLIO
Asset Portfolio entails a series of steps to qualify an project being considered by Capital Link. Once the project in question has completed it’s qualification process and is approved by the Capital Link management, it is officially converted to a Capital Link Portfolio. This will include a full project feasibility with Projected cashflows, Revenue Projection justifications, Competitive and Market Feasibility analysis and financial yields.
ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Asset Management system entails a complete framework of how the qualified Capital Link Portfolio is managed as per pre-determined timelines. A dedicated Project Manager from Capital Link will be tracking each Capital Link Portfolio. This will also include a detailed Risk Management Framework that would be customized according to the Portfolio requirements.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Asset Management uses the Governance Framework from the Asset Management System to enforce assumptions entailed in the Asset Portfolio, and translate them into tangible results, especially when it comes to EBITDA targets and improvement of the Portfolio’s performance. The Asset Management mechanism allows Capital Link to deliver value to the Portfolios it handles.
